Warning light delete
How to delete brake pad wear warning light and service engine soon light on 2000 z3 M52tub2.5 running MS 42 DME.

ByteTuner only allows access to the DME, not the ABS. Your brake pad light is probably managed by the ABS ECU.
Regarding your SES light, do you know what DTCs are causing it to illuminate?

Its not the check engine light its the oil change light. No trouble codes

Oh ok, I understand now. ByteTuner won’t be able to clear that light. You might have to get access to BMW diagnostic software to do that.

if you changed the oil already, maybe try the code clearing drive cycle. I dont know if it will turn off the Service engine soon light, but its worth a shot
