MS45.1 burble tuning

I have successfully put a burble tune on my M54b25 and for some reason It lags its a good 2ish seconds before it starts to pop and burble. Does anyone know how to make this instant?

ip_t_min_pu__n__tco is at .28 seconds and c_t_min_pu_vs is also .28 but I'm only getting a low grumble while stationary and warm. when its colder it'll pop when in N but while I'm driving the delay is annoying.
