It sounds like you made too many modifications too quickly. Tuning for larger injectors is hard enough. Adding another variable such as ethanol (which requires modifying the stoichiometric A/F ratio) makes it even more difficult. We'd suggest removing one of these variables and dialing in your tune until it's running perfect. Then add this variable back and tune again. Otherwise, you'll end up "chasing your tail".
We'd suggest getting it to run on normal gasoline again with the larger injectors. You can read this post for more details on how to tune for larger injectors on MS42: https://www.renovelo.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=159
You'll also note that someone posted their tune with larger injectors and ethanol. It might be worth taking a look at that tune to compare against yours.

Re: e46 323 ms43 tuning help
I understand, but I adjusted the ms42 and the problem I'm having was perfect and only at idle speed and our alcohol here in Brazil is made from sugar cane and hydrated with 8% water, which makes it very safe to add power to the engine with any forced induction, what I find strange is that I start the engine and it's perfect, I turn it off and on again, it's extremely rich and intermittent between starts, which leaves me confused
